Props for ImageSVG. The same props as ImageProps, because it is the same node: an SVG source becomes an image handle at load, carrying a picture the renderer replays at draw resolution.

Because it replays rather than resamples, width/height are a destination, not a raster size: a 24pt icon drawn at 240pt is redrawn, not blown up.

Skia's <ImageSVG> takes svg= rather than image=, so migrating code needs that one rename; everything else carries over.
